Senior Conveyancing Solicitor in Hounslow, Greater London

My client is recruiting for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Hounslow, London.

This is an opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to take on a senior level role within a supportive team, with management experience advantageous. The role offers hybrid working and would suit someone with strong experience in residential conveyancing and compliance.

The Role

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
• Providing high quality legal advice and client care throughout transactions.
• Managing matters independently from instruction through to completion.
• Supporting the wider conveyancing team and contributing at a senior level.
• Assisting with the management of CQS compliance requirements.
• Supporting MLRO responsibilities and wider compliance processes.
• Ensuring the department operates in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to the continued development of the conveyancing team.

The Candidate

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 6 or more years' PQE.
• Have substantial experience in residential conveyancing.
• Have experience working at senior level within a conveyancing team.
• Management experience would be advantageous.
• Be confident managing a caseload independently.
• Have excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• Be commercially aware and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
