Senior CSA Engineer – Major Data Centre Project

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Total salaried package: €110,000–€140,000

Nadson Consulting is recruiting a Senior CSA Engineer to join a leading main contractor delivering a major data centre development in Amsterdam.

Working within an established data centre division, you will play a key role in delivering complex civil, structural and architectural works. Strong RC frame experience is required, with exposure to precast construction also highly beneficial.

This is an opportunity to join an experienced project team on a large-scale, technically demanding European development.

The role

• Overseeing engineering activities across allocated CSA packages, particularly reinforced concrete frames, precast and associated structural works.

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information, resolving discrepancies and raising technical queries.

• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring construction complies with approved designs and project requirements.

• Overseeing setting out, dimensional control, inspections and quality assurance.

• Supporting and guiding site engineers.

• Monitoring progress and resolving technical issues affecting delivery.

• Managing interfaces between structural, architectural and MEP packages.

• Maintaining accurate engineering records and supporting package completion and handover.

• Upholding high standards of health, safety and quality.

About you

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or Senior CSA Engineer on substantial construction projects.

• Strong RC frame experience, including delivery of reinforced concrete structures.

• A relevant civil or structural engineering qualification.

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and supporting engineering teams.

• Strong technical knowledge, drawing interpretation and practical problem-solving skills.

• Data centre experience is advantageous; candidates with relevant experience on other large-scale, technically complex projects are encouraged to apply.

• Existing right to work in the EU is required.
