What you'll be doing

Building and developing your own specialist Data & AI desk.

Winning new clients and developing long-term relationships.

Recruiting across enterprise AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Platforms and Governance.

Becoming a recognised specialist within your market.

What they're looking for

• Current experience recruiting within Data, AI, Analytics or Machine Learning

• Proven 360 recruitment experience

• A track record of winning and developing your own clients

• Commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously

• Deep knowledge of your market and the people within it
