Are you a Senior Design Engineer from a civils or highways background looking to join a thriving and diverse company, offering progression to technical lead positions and excellent in-house training, where you will become the go to technical design expert?

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of various projects, provide expert technical advice to stakeholders and clients, manage and authorise design schemes, enforce health and safety standards and mentor junior members of the team. This is a varied role where you will be involved with projects from start to finish.

Founded over a decade ago, this company design, construct and maintain highway systems. This ranges from consultations of infrastructure improvement, electrical works and the building of roads. This company is rapidly expanding and looking to take on more contracts, whilst providing the best service they can to their clients.

This role would suit a Senior Design Engineer looking for a new opportunity, where they will become the technical expert on the delivery of large highway projects, with the opportunity to progress to more senior positions.

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of highways and civils projects from start to finish
• Manage and authorise design schemes
• Provide expert technical advice to stakeholders and clients
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Flexible times available
• Hybrid hours, up to two days work from home
