Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build and support scalable cloud-native applications for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases and queries.
- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Drive performance, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
