Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Talent Partner to support technology and digital hiring across a range of specialist disciplines. This is a sourcing-led role requiring strong stakeholder management, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment campaigns from brief to offer.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to engage passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and provide market insights.
- Manage multiple technology vacancies simultaneously.
- Support recruitment reporting and process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven technology or digital recruitment experience.
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability.
- End-to-end recruitment delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical skillsets.
- Ability to work independently and deliver at pace.
