Description
- Coordinate the CEO's calendar, arranging meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with organising and managing executive-level events and engagements.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the CEO's office.
- Track and follow up on key tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the CEO.
Profile
A successful Senior EA to CEO should have:
- Proven experience in providing executive-level support within a business services environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Offer
- Hourly pay of £24.00 to £30.00, dependent on the level of experience.
