Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer with expertise in High Voltage (HV) or Low Voltage (LV) monitoring to join our Operations team.
The Role
You'll lead the installation, commissioning and servicing of advanced monitoring systems across customer sites, acting as the technical expert for complex projects while mentoring colleagues and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lead complex installation, commissioning and field service activities
- Deliver technically challenging HV or LV monitoring projects safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex on-site technical issues
- Mentor and support Field Service Engineers
- Ensure accurate commissioning records and technical documentation
- Build strong customer relationships and represent the business professionally
- Drive high standards of safety, quality and first-time-right delivery
- Support continuous improvement by sharing technical knowledge and best practice
About You
- Proven field service, installation or commissioning experience
- Strong experience with HV or LV monitoring systems
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A strong understanding of electrical safety and safe systems of work
- Experience working directly with customers
- The ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
- Great organisational and communication skills
Desirable
- Electrical engineering qualifications or HV/LV certifications
- Utilities, energy or industrial sector experience
- Experience with engineering data, monitoring or ticketing systems
