Maintenance Supervisor

£53,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established building services provider at a prestigious high-end residential development in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the on-site day engineering team.
  • Plan, oversee, and carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services.
  • Carry out plant isolations and maintain safe working practices at all times.
  • Ensure all repairs and remedial works are completed to the required compliance and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage specialist contractors and subcontractors on site.
  • Complete all required site documentation, including logbooks, RAMS, permits, and maintenance records.
  • Build strong working relationships with client representatives and attend regular site meetings.
  • Provide regular updates to the Account Manager on operational performance and site activities.
  • Use PDA and CMMS systems to raise, update, and close maintenance tasks.
Candidate Requirements
  • Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installations (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL, or equivalent), with current wiring regulations knowledge.
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Victoria.
  • Previous experience working within high-end residential or luxury hotel environments is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Electrical Supervisor role within building maintenance, projects, or installation.
  • Strong understanding of safe systems of work, including RAMS, permits to work, and method statements.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience supervising commercial maintenance or project works.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary up to £53,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
