The Role Senior technical lead across major civils and earthworks packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading engineering delivery across multiple sections

• Managing QA, technical assurance, and compliance

• Reviewing designs, temporary works, and buildability

• Coordinating with designers, subcontractors, and client teams

• Mentoring junior engineers

Requirements

• Strong background in major civils/highways/earthworks

• Excellent technical leadership and decision‑making

• Understanding of geotechnical interfaces and temporary works

• Ability to manage complex engineering challenges
