A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Glasgow team. You’ll play a key role in pre-construction estimating for a diverse pipeline of major builds, frameworks and negotiated contracts.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate, competitive tenders and cost plans

• Engage with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure best value

• Lead estimates from project inception to final submission

• Advise on procurement strategy and contract budgeting

• Mentor junior estimators and support team development

• Contribute to strategic bid planning and tender presentations

What You’ll Need:

• HND/Degree

• Strong track record on large-scale building tenders

• Framework and negotiated contract expertise

• Ability to price from first principles

• Skilled in Conquest and On-Screen Take-Off

• Confident communicator with excellent commercial insight

• Preferably have SC Clearence or have had it in the last three years
