Senior Executive Assistant

Location: Cambridge (office‑based with some home‑working flexibility)
Salary: £50,000
Contract: Full time, permanent

We’re partnering exclusively with one of Cambridge’s most exciting organisations who are scaling at a rapid pace! Due to their ongoing growth, they are looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support their busy Senior Leadership Team in Cambridge with occasional travel to London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, globally scaling organisation where your contribution will be valued and your role will evolve as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex diary management and travel arrangements
• Providing first class executive support to senior leaders
• Organising events, conferences and VIP visits
• Support with presentations, agendas and research work
• Legal administration including Company Secretarial work
• Process expenses in line with company policy

Desired Background

• Degree educated with experience providing first class EA support to C-suite
• Experience within a scientific/technical industry
• Exposure to start-ups/scale-ups highly desirable
• Legal experience would be advantageous
 

About You

• Exceptionally organised and emotionally intelligent
• Demonstrable experience in a similar EA role
• Clear communicator with excellent prioritisation skills
• Flexibility and desire to travel to London as required
