Specialising in both consumer and industrial scrap metal recycling, the company provides a comprehensive range of services, including container transportation and tailored recycling solutions. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements, managing accounts payable, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will oversee month-end and year-end processes, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and assist with audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Working closely with the wider team, you will also help improve financial reporting processes and provide guidance to junior colleagues.

The Role:

• Responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements Working on Flexographic printers, die cutters and gluers
• Managing accounts payable, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

• Financial Accountant or similar
• Commutable to Shildon
