Senior Finance Controller - Eggborough - 18 Month FTC

Saint-Gobain Glass are looking for a Senior Finance Controller to join our Finance team, helping to drive business performance, ensure strong financial governance, and support strategic growth.

The Senior Financial Controller is the senior finance leader on site and a key member of the Eggborough Leadership Team. Responsible for leading all aspects of financial control, manufacturing finance and business performance management across one of the UK's largest flat glass manufacturing facilities, the role provides financial leadership to support operational excellence, cost competitiveness and strategic decision making.

Working closely with the Finance Director, Plant Director and functional leadership teams, the role ensures robust financial governance whilst driving commercial insight into manufacturing performance, profitability, asset utilisation and investment decisions.

What we're looking for:

* Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* A confident communicator who can influence and partner with stakeholders across the business
* Experience within a complex process manufacturing environment
* SAP ERP experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing finance.
* Leading Integrated Business Planning activities, delivering 24-month forecasting, scenario modelling and performance insight to support strategic decision-making

What you will be doing:

* Leading and developing a finance team of 2, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
* Managing the month-end close process and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes while monitoring business performance
* Translating complex operational data into meaningful financial insight
