This senior role will put you in a position of technical authority within a team of 7 engineers. The man management is taken care of elsewhere, but the successful candidate will offer technical advice and support to the whole team.

Requirements for application:
- Senior hardware experience, typically with 10 or more years in the sector:
- High-speed digital is essential, and experience of areas such as analogue, power electronics, RF, FGPA, an understanding of embedded software etc. are all highly beneficial.
- Experience advising and coaching electronics engineers
- Experience of Altium
- Component selection
- Understanding PCB Layout
- Working within a multidisciplinary team (software, mechanical, test, manufacturing etc.) across the full electronics design lifecycle
