The Role:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents.
- Support and guide Healthcare Assistants, setting a positive example.
- Ensure residents receive a professional, attentive and personalised service.
- Maintain high standards of care, dignity and resident experience.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant within elderly residential or nursing care.
- A good understanding of the expectations of a luxury or premium care setting.
- Professional, well-presented and confident in your approach.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for elderly care.
- Ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team.
- £15.01 per hour.
- Full-time, day shifts (8am–8pm).
