Senior HR Advisor EMEA

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who is looking to take their next step up?

Perhaps you're thinking about becoming a Senior HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner... either way, you have bags of generalist HR experience across the UK and other European jurisdictions!

This hybrid role is based in Milton Keynes, with free onsite parking and 2 days per week working from home.

Salary circa £42,000 plus annual bonus, and a great range of employee benefits including generous holiday, enhanced maternity/paternity, healthcare cover and more!

You should be a well-established HR professional, with prior experience working with employee populations across the UK and Europe, and knowledge of Employment Law and HR practices outside of the UK.

This is a fully generalist role, where you'll get involved in Employee Relations casework, workforce planning and Recruitment, EDI and Wellbeing, Reward and Benefits, etc.

Working as part of a large HR team, in a big global organisation, with 2 sites in the UK, which gives you a great support network and opportunities for your own development.
