As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their people team and play a key role in supporting managers through a period of growth, change and transformation.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment and is looking to take the next step towards a future HR Business Partner role.

Your New Role

Working as part of a larger HR Team, you will be the sole HR contact for this site. Your role will involve providing high-quality generalist HR support across a diverse employee population, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on a broad range of people matters.A significant focus of the role will be managing complex employee relations cases, supporting organisational change initiatives and partnering with leaders to drive positive people outcomes.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide range of complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance cases.
  • Coaching and supporting managers on best practice HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Supporting organisational change projects.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and people initiatives.
  • Analysing HR data and trends to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting talent, succession and workforce planning activities.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to influence and drive positive organisational outcomes.
  • Contributing to the delivery of the wider people strategy and key HR projects.
  • Providing support and guidance on employment law and HR best practice.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations expertise and a proactive, commercial approach.You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or equivalent HR generalist role.
  • Extensive employee relations experience, including managing complex and sensitive cases.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, consultations and transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build credibility with managers at all levels.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance business needs and employee experience.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards qualification would be advantageous.
