Your responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations cases and policies
  • Support redundancy, restructuring and redeployment processes
  • Ensure practices remain compliant with current employment legislation
  • Maintain accurate payroll information and records
  • Contribute to projects, including system improvements and diversity initiatives
  • Monitor HR data and recommend improvements that support business objectives
What we're looking for in a Senior HR Advisor
  • Strong employee relations case management experience
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience working within a professional services environment such as legal, financial services or accountancy
  • Ability to coach and advise managers on complex people matters
  • Experience supporting organisational change and HR projects
Working Hours: Full-time, Hybrid working (office attendance required for team meetings).
