We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Coordinator to play a vital role in delivering an efficient, people-focused HR service across our growing Group. Working as part of a central HR team, you'll support multiple business entities, including newly integrated acquisitions and a joint venture, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with continuous improvement, supporting the development of HR systems, employee lifecycle administration, benefits management, and HR data. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure our HR processes remain accurate, compliant, and fit for a dynamic and evolving organisation.

What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a HR coordination, HR operations, or HR administration role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, changes to employment, and offboarding.
- Experience using HR systems, with the ability to maintain accurate employee data and produce meaningful reports.
- Good understanding of UK employment practices and HR administration requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent practical HR experience.
