Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior HR Consultant/Transformation Mentor to join a Private Healthcare Organisation on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional who enjoys transformation, service improvement and developing people. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and existing HR function, helping to establish robust, effective and compliant HR practices across the organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organisation as it develops its workforce, improves its services and modernises its approach to HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level HR advice, guidance and practical support across the organisation.
  • Mentor, coach and upskill the existing People Business Partner, helping to develop their confidence, knowledge and capability.
  • Review existing HR policies, processes and ways of working and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Review current recruitment practices and develop effective workforce and recruitment strategies.
  • Support the organisation in attracting, recruiting and retaining high-quality staff.
  • Develop strategies to upskill and develop the existing workforce on a larger scale.
  • Identify skills gaps and support the development of appropriate learning and development initiatives.
  • Strengthen employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, capability, absence and employee relations.
  • Ensure robust, fair and compliant processes are in place for managing employee exits, including contract terminations.
  • Provide guidance on employment legislation, HR best practice and organisational policies.
  • Support wider organisational and people transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in a senior HR, HR consultancy, HR business partnering or organisational development role.
  • Strong knowledge of general HR practice and employment legislation.
  • Proven experience of HR transformation, service improvement or organisational change.
  • Experience developing and improving recruitment and onboarding processes.
