Senior Executive — Greenfield Joinery Manufacturing

Location - UAE, Dubai | Leading Real Estate Developer | £200m CAPEX

📌 Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Executive to establish and scale a world-class joinery manufacturing division from the ground up. You will own end-to-end facility development, from site preparation through operational excellence, with full P&L accountability and direct access to C-suite leadership.

📌 Full Scope of Responsibility

You will be responsible for everything from land onwards, including:

• Facility Development: Site assessment, building design, spatial planning, energy infrastructure, utilities, and construction oversight
• Manufacturing Operations: Production workflow design, quality standards, continuous improvement, and operational readiness
• Machinery & Equipment: Direct sourcing, procurement negotiations, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning
• Supply Chain & Procurement: Vendor relationship management, supplier networks, material sourcing, and cost control
• Team Building: Recruitment, training, and leadership of manufacturing and operations teams
• Financial Management: P&L ownership, budgeting, cost control, capital expenditure management
• Compliance & Performance: Health & safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
• Strategic Alignment: Coordination with design, project, and commercial teams to support business objectives

📌 Your Background

• 20+ years in joinery manufacturing or related industrial facility setup
• Proven track record building manufacturing facilities from greenfield stage (not just operating existing facilities)
• Director or VP-level leadership experience with direct reporting to CEO/President/Chairman
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial accountability
• Expertise in facility planning, infrastructure development, equipment procurement, and team scaling
• International supplier networks and knowledge of global best practices
• Strong operational, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities
