• Offered with an impressive basic salary of £32,000 with on target earnings that are both equally impressive and realistic of £60,000.
• Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals who retain a professional approach and tenacious attitude.
• The Basildon book is currently around 210 properties and they are looking to increase this to 250 within 12 months. 

Senior Lettings Lister 

• Dealing with incoming leads and enquiries to the business, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
• Booking and conducting lettings appraisals, giving landlords expert advice on the local rental market and maximising opportunities to win new instructions.
• Conducting property viewings and providing an excellent experience for prospective tenants.
• Prospecting lettings data to identify potential new landlord opportunities and converting these into new business.

Senior Lettings Lister 

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, applicants and local contacts.
• Handing new instructions over to referencing and property management teams, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent communication throughout.
• Creating engaging social media content around new property instructions, let agreed properties, local activity and success stories.
• Supporting the Lettings Manager with a range of other lettings-related tasks and initiatives.
