What you’ll be doing as a Senior Litigation Attorney
This is a strategic growth role rather than a backfill. The firm has recently announced an alliance with Ogier, which brings cross-border collaboration, international referrals and multi-jurisdictional restructuring and insolvency work with it, so you would be joining at a genuinely useful moment.

What we’re looking for in a Senior Litigation Attorney
  • At least 10 years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong court advocacy and contentious litigation experience
  • Significant restructuring and insolvency experience
  • A track record of leading files and managing complex, high-value disputes
  • Experience gained in leading London, offshore, Commonwealth or international firms
  • Strong commercial awareness and real business development capability
  • Established or developing relationships with insolvency practitioners, accountants and related professionals
  • A collaborative approach, with an interest in mentoring junior lawyers
  • Ambition and motivation by long-term partnership prospects
  • Excellent drafting, legal analysis and client relationship skills, plus sound commercial judgement and discretion
PARTICULARLY WELCOME
  • A UK Bar background, or a strong advocacy record
  • Offshore experience in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, BVI or the Channel Islands
  • Dual-qualified or Commonwealth experience, including Australia, Canada or South Africa
  • London Magic Circle, Silver Circle or leading offshore firm experience
