What you’ll do

Take ownership of BIM and Revit processes, shaping them with your ideas and expertise. You’ll manage a team of five, including three junior AutoCAD technicians, guiding them through training and development.

Oversee workload planning and ensure deadlines are met, giving you valuable experience in project and people management. This is a chance to step up into a leadership position while still staying hands-on with the technical work you enjoy.

What you’ll need

• Strong M&E Revit experience, giving you the technical foundation to lead others

• At least five years in building services, so you understand the bigger picture and how teams work together
