Senior M&E Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
• Working hours – Between the hours of 7am to 7pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
• Salary - £48,812/Yr.
• Location – Surrey and Berkshire areas
• Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours

You’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site.

• Providing technical support to the mobile field team - both remotely and on site when required
• Monitoring A/C systems
• Providing regular client updates
• Auditing and delivering PPMs and compliance to industry standard
• Actively developing the skillsets and knowledge of our multi-skilled engineers
• Taking ownership of air conditioning work orders within your region

Requirements

• Full UK License – 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 – Essential
• Minimum Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (6187) - Essential
