• Prepare for succession by mentoring the next team leader during a transitional period.
You
To be successful in the role of Senior Maintenance Engineer/Deputy Manager, you’ll bring:
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field, preferably mechanical.
• Experience in managing teams and contractors in a facilities management context.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work hands-on when required.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
