Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 per year (DOE)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Landscaper to lead small teams delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across multiple sites. This is a hands-on supervisory role involving both practical landscaping work and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise small maintenance teams across sites
• Carry out grass cutting, hedge cutting, pruning, strimming and weed control
• Plan daily work schedules and travel between sites
• Identify plant health issues and carry out general horticultural care
• Complete digital reports and maintain site records
• Ensure all work is carried out safely in line with RAMS
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles
• Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ grounds maintenance experience
• Ability to supervise and work within small teams
• Strong horticultural knowledge
• PA1/PA6A pesticide qualifications
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to complete digital reporting accurately

• Machinery or plant qualifications
