Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Shipley, Bradford (with occasional travel to other UK sites)

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established engineering manufacturer to recruit a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative business designing and manufacturing specialist industrial equipment, where you'll play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence, leading projects and developing a high-performing engineering team.

• Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers
• Design and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment and systems
• Support new product introduction from concept through to production
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and assembly operations
• Lead equipment reviews, supplier engagement and installation projects
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, CI, R&D and other engineering teams
• Champion improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC)
• Support process validation, PFMEA development and change management activities

• Degree qualified in Manufacturing Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or Senior Manufacturing Engineer position
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within a manufacturing or assembly environment
• CAD experience, ideally AutoCAD and/or Siemens NX
• A collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
• Six Sigma knowledge would be advantageous but isn't essential
