As a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the mechanical elements of multidisciplinary projects while ensuring designs are delivered to the highest technical standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects.
• Producing and reviewing mechanical calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports.
• Designing HVAC, heating, ventilation and associated mechanical systems.
• Managing project budgets, programmes and technical quality.
• Acting as the technical lead for multidisciplinary project teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance.
• Supporting bid submissions and business development activities.
• Managing design risk and ensuring compliance with CDM and industry standards.

You'll be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while leading projects and supporting others to develop.

You'll ideally have experience in:

• Mechanical Building Services design.
• HVAC, heating and ventilation systems.
• Mechanical calculations and technical specifications.
• Multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Technical checking and design assurance.
• AutoCAD, Hevacomp, IES, TAS or similar design software.
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers.

Ideally, you'll hold (or be working towards) Chartered status with CIBSE, IMechE or an equivalent professional institution.
