Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Design & Build Fit Out | Commercial Projects | London

My client is a well-established Design & Build MEP contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.

This is a key role overseeing mechanical packages from pre-construction through to successful project completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.

The Role

• Lead mechanical projects from design through to completion

• Manage projects, programmes, budgets and resources

• Oversee mechanical design and coordination

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams

• Take responsibility for procurement and commercial performance

• Manage variations, valuations and project costs

• Liaise directly with clients, consultants and main contractors

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification

• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports

• Manage commissioning, handover and close-out

About You

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Project Manager with:

• Strong experience within Design & Build MEP

• Proven background delivering commercial fit-out projects

• Strong mechanical building services knowledge

• Experience managing projects from design through to completion

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness

• Experience managing subcontractors and project teams

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

• A track record of delivering projects successfully
