Our client is one of the UK's leading property services groups, operating a well-established network of estate agency branches across the South East. The Opportunity

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will play a key role in helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage and protection solutions to support their homeownership goals. Working alongside experienced property professionals and supported by a dedicated Area Mortgage Manager, you will receive a steady stream of warm leads from the estate agency network, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional advice and service. 

Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including Saturdays (2 Saturdays off per month) Monday – Friday: 08:30–17:30 Saturday: 09:00–17:00 Option to work from home 1 day per week

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their circumstances and financial objectives

Provide tailored mortgage advice and recommend suitable lending solutions

Introduce and advise on protection and insurance products

Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders

Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities

Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate

Proactively engage with existing clients to generate repeat and referral business

Consult with lenders to secure the most suitable outcomes for customers

Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and company standards

About You

CeMAP 1 qualified as a minimum (or holding CAS status)

Proven experience in mortgage advising

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Purposeful with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
