Senior P6 Planner – Contract

Location: Suffolk (Site-Based – Minimum 3 Days Per Week)
Rate: Circa £500/day (Outside IR35) – Higher Rates Considered for the Right Candidate

Milford RES is recruiting for an experienced Senior P6 Planner to join a major infrastructure project in Suffolk on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile Environment Agency utilities construction scheme, where you'll be expected to make an immediate impact within a well-established project team.

The Project

The scheme includes a diverse range of complex engineering activities, including:

• Major civil engineering works
• Installation of HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) cable troughs
• Tunnelling beneath rivers and watercourses
• Delivery within a highly environmentally sensitive setting

This is a site-focused role, and the successful candidate will be required to work on site a minimum of three days per week.

The Candidate

We're looking for a senior-level P6 Planner with the experience and confidence to add value from day one.

You should have:

• Proven expertise using Primavera P6 on major infrastructure or utilities projects
• Strong planning experience across civil engineering and construction environments
• Previous involvement with HDD, tunnelling, utility installations, or similar complex engineering works
• Experience working on environmentally sensitive or regulated projects (Environment Agency experience would be advantageous)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an established project team
