About the Role

• Advanced panel beating, shaping, straightening, and full bodywork restoration
• High‑end preparation work including sanding, filler shaping, priming, and masking
• Expert colour matching, paint mixing, and application using modern spray systems
• Full resprays, partial resprays, refinishing, and detailing to an exceptional standard
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in panel beating and vehicle spraying
• Ability to produce premium‑quality finishes with zero comebacks
• Strong understanding of modern materials, repair techniques, and paint systems
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Salary & Benefits

£40,560 – £50,700 per year (Equivalent to £20–£25 per hour, based on a 39‑hour week)
