Lead strategic procurement across a national Facilities Management business. Are you an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in services procurement within the Facilities Management sector? A leading Facilities Management organisation is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to shape procurement strategy, strengthen supplier partnerships and drive commercial performance across a national portfolio.

This is a home-based role with travel to sites as required, offering the opportunity to influence strategic procurement decisions while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role As the Senior Partner Manager, you will:
  • Lead procurement strategy across a broad range of FM service categories, ensuring best value, quality and long-term supplier performance.
  • Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for service contracts, delivering cost savings without compromising operational performance.
  • Work closely with operational, commercial and finance teams to align procurement activity with business objectives.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, governance frameworks and regular performance reviews.
  • Analyse market trends, supplier capability and commercial risks to inform procurement strategy.
  • Support contract mobilisation, renewals and tender activity across multiple Facilities Management services.
  • Ensure procurement activity remains compliant with internal governance, contractual obligations and industry best practice.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, reduce costs and enhance service delivery across the organisation.
About You To be successful as the Senior Partner Manager, you'll have:
  • Significant experience in procurement of services within the Facilities Management industry.
  • A strong commercial background with proven success negotiating complex service contracts.
  • Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and driving supplier performance.
  • Excellent understanding of procurement governance, contract management and commercial risk.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
  • MCIPS qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.
Please note: This role is focused exclusively on services procurement. Candidates whose procurement experience is primarily within goods, products or manufacturing will not be considered.
