The Role:

You’ll be part of our established Payroll team, delivering a full and comprehensive payroll service to a variety of clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Payroll processing in accordance with weekly, monthly, and annual schedules using Brightpay software, including setting up new schemes
• Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met, keeping high standards of client relationships
• Communicating with clients to collate payroll information and resolving queries efficiently
• Managing communications with HMRC and keeping up to date with payroll legislation
• Supporting colleagues across the wider business with payroll-related matters

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Strong knowledge of current HMRC payroll legislation and RTI processes
• Experience using Brightpay payroll software
• Ideally experience working within a Payroll Bureau environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Auto Enrolment regulations
• Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) processes
