Senior Pension Administrator / Pension Administrator – Two Positions

Ashby-de-la-Zouch

£28,000 – £42,000 depending on experience and position

Full-time | Permanent | 40 hours per week

Office-based | Free parking

Two opportunities. One growing fintech.

Invinitive is a growing UK fintech and FCA-regulated investment platform and SIPP provider. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for two people to join our pensions administration team at our Ashby-de-la-Zouch office.

We're recruiting at two different levels:

Senior Pension Administrator – with progression into Office Management

Pension Administrator – pensions experience desirable but not essential

We're a relatively small and growing business, so these aren't roles where you'll simply become another administrator in a large department. You'll work closely with the wider team and senior management, have the opportunity to influence how we do things, and grow your career as the company grows.

Senior Pension Administrator – progression into Office Management

Indicative salary: £35,000 – £42,000 depending on experience

We're particularly interested in hearing from an experienced Pension or SIPP Administrator who feels ready for their next career step.

You may already be a Senior Administrator or Team Leader, or you might be an experienced Pension Administrator who has reached the point where you want more responsibility and progression.

You don't need to have been an Office Manager before.

What we're looking for is someone who really understands pension administration, takes ownership, is comfortable helping and guiding colleagues and has the confidence and ambition to gradually take greater responsibility for the day-to-day running of our UK office.

Initially, you'll be a senior member of our pensions administration function. As you become established within the business, we'd like the role to develop beyond pure administration and into broader office and team management.

The role will include:

- Managing pension and SIPP administration cases from application through to completion

- Pension transfers, including cash and in-specie transfers

- Liaising with pension providers, clients and other third parties

- Helping to oversee administration workflows and service standards

- Supporting and guiding other members of the administration team

- Identifying delays, bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes

- Working closely with Compliance and senior management

- Helping to organise the day-to-day running of the Ashby office

- Taking increasing responsibility for the administration team as the business grows

For the right person, this is an opportunity to progress from an experienced pensions professional into an important operational and management role within a growing fintech.

We'd particularly like to hear from you if you:

- Have strong pensions, SIPP or financial-services administration experience

- Understand pension transfers and provider administration

- Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple cases

- Naturally take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next

- Enjoy helping and supporting colleagues

- Have good written and verbal communication skills

- Are confident using technology and learning new systems

- Would like to progress into team and office management

Pension Administrator

Indicative salary: £28,000 – £33,000 depending on experience

We're also recruiting a Pension Administrator to join our growing team.

Previous pension or financial-services experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.

We're equally happy to hear from an excellent administrator from another industry who is organised, accurate, comfortable with technology and interested in developing a career within pensions and financial services.

We'll provide training on our systems, processes and pension administration.

Your role will include:

- Processing pension applications and transfers

- Liaising with existing pension providers

- Monitoring transfers and following up outstanding requirements

- Communicating with clients by email and telephone

- Maintaining accurate client and case records

- Updating our internal systems and CRM

- Working with colleagues to ensure cases progress efficiently

- Supporting the wider pensions administration team

We'd like to hear from you if you:

- Have strong administration and organisational skills

- Have excellent attention to detail

- Are confident communicating with customers and other businesses

- Are comfortable working with different computer systems

- Can manage your own workload and priorities

- Enjoy solving problems and following things through to completion

- Want to develop and progress as the business grows

Previous experience in pensions, SIPPs, investments, financial services, banking, insurance or another regulated environment would be particularly welcome, but isn't necessarily required for this position.

About Invinitive

Invinitive is a modern, technology-led investment platform and SIPP provider.

We're building a business that combines financial-services expertise with technology to make investing and pension administration more efficient and straightforward.

We're still a relatively small team, and we think that's one of the attractions of joining us at this stage.

You'll get to know the people across the business, work directly with decision-makers and have the opportunity to contribute ideas rather than simply following processes created somewhere else.

As we continue to grow, we want the people who join us now to have the opportunity to grow with us.

Location & working arrangements

Both positions are based at our office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire.

These are office-based rather than hybrid positions, so applicants should be comfortable travelling to Ashby each working day.

Free parking is provided.

Salary

Pension Administrator: approximately £28,000 – £33,000

Senior Pension Administrator / progression into Office Management: approximately £35,000 – £42,000

Final salary will depend on experience and the level at which you join us.

Interested?

Please apply with your CV and let us know whether you're primarily interested in the Pension Administrator position or the Senior Pension Administrator / Office Management opportunity.

If you're an experienced pension administrator who isn't quite sure which level fits you, please apply anyway – we'd be very happy to have a conversation.
