Senior People Business Partner in Manchester, Greater Manchester

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading, adaptive business that are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join them on a 12-month FTC.

This role can be based in Manchester or London, and requires a minimum of 2 days per week on site

The successful candidate will receive a salary between £60,000 and £73,000.

As a successful HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for;

• Acting as a trusted partner to Group Directors, aligning business plans with HR strategies and executing core people cycles i.e. workforce planning, talent management, and pay reviews.
• Lead end-to-end organisational design and complex change initiatives, removing operational barriers, minimising risk, and supporting career mobility.
• Work closely with CoEs sharing data-driven insights, mitigating implementation risks, and developing HR Frameworks

The ideal HR Business Partner will have experience in the following;

• Proven track record of partnering at a Senior Executive level, with the ability to challenge decisions, manage stakeholder demands, and coach leadership teams.
• Strong capability to analyse the bigger picture, identify potential organizational risks early, and implement proactive course-correction plans.
• Be available immediately or on a short notice
