Your new role:

In your new position as a Senior Planner, you will take ownership of developing, managing and maintaining detailed construction programmes from pre‑construction through to completion.You'll work closely with project teams to ensure programmes are realistic, fully resourced and risk‑aware, while monitoring progress, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to improve sequencing and efficiency.You'll also support reporting, change management and scenario planning, and engage with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to align on programme strategy.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a construction planning role, ideally on large or complex projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, or similar planning tools.
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate programme strategy to varied stakeholders.
  • A structured, analytical approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in delivering high‑quality, well‑planned projects safely and responsibly.
