An established and growing multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its London team.
The business works across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Heritage, Hospitality, Residential, Commercial and Retail, Sport, Culture and community, and places of worship. This provides an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking for genuine variety across their project portfolio.
A strong construction consultancy background is essential, with client-side experience is highly desirable.
The Role
- Lead projects across the full project lifecycle
- Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and risk
- Coordinate consultant and contractor teams
- Act as a key client contact and build strong relationships
- Lead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder management
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary consultancy team
- Support the continued growth of the London team
The ideal candidate would have:
- Previous experience within a construction or property consultancy
- Strong Project Management experience across the full lifecycle
- Experience across residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing consultants, contractors, programmes and budgets
- Good knowledge of procurement and contract administration
- NEC 3 or 4 experience would be desirable
- MRICS, MAPM or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential
In Return
- £65,000 – £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 3-4 days per week in the London office
