About the role of Senior Pre Construction Manager
Our client is a privately held commercial contractor headquartered in the City of London. They are a reputable fitout contractor with over £100 million turnover! They currently have multiple commercial office CAT A & B fitout projects valued at £10 mill in Central London.
They are looking for a Senior Pre Construction Manager with a commercial background. The role will include managing design, contract risk, making sure price is right, the programme and how they will deliver for the client and also protect the business.
