Your new role
This is a fully remote position offering a high level of autonomy, with occasional travel to London as required for site visits and coordination.

- Manage and mentor engineers and Revit technicians
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams
- Oversee project delivery, timelines, and quality
- Review technical designs and models
What you'll need to succeed

- Proven team leadership and project management ability
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
- Experience with CAD / Navisworks (or similar)

What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity to step into a genuinely flexible, fully remote role where you'll have real ownership over your projects and the ability to influence delivery from a senior position. You'll be working on technically challenging high-rise residential schemes, alongside a strong and supportive team, with clear scope to progress. The business also offers a competitive package, including bonuses, enhanced pension, and generous annual leave, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their career without compromising on flexibility or work-life balance.
Benefits package includes: 26 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, enhanced pension scheme, summer and Christmas bonuses, paid professional membership, company-funded training and development, Death in Service cover (3x salary), and long-term disability insurance.
