Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

We are looking for a Senior Experienced Print Finisher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a professional printing environment and be confident working independently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing machinery efficiently and safely
• Set up machines and ensure print jobs meet required specifications
• Carry out quality checks throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and print-quality issues
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Work to production targets and deadlines
• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures
• Support and guide less-experienced members of the team when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a print finisher in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and machinery
• Ability to identify and resolve print-quality issues
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Large format printing and signmaking experience is desirable but not essential
