Our client is a well-established Print Manufacturer

They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Print Finisher to join their well established production team. My client is looking for a candidate who either already has experience in a Supervisory role or is ready to make the step up! Print Finishing Experience is essential for this role!

The Role:

• Operating Folders and Guillotines (MBO, Heidelberg, Polar)
• Help with organising workload, problem solving and some light repairs on machinery (not essential but would be of an added bonus)
• To meet set targets and benchmarks issued as per set Key Performance Indicators.
• To be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• To maintain a safe, clean working environment to aid efficient business processes.
• Set up machines ready for production to the required standards.
• Run the equipment to its optimum speed while maintaining quality.
• Constantly check work to ensure consistent high quality.
• Follow the company rules and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• To cover other duties and requests as and when required by Team Leaders or Managers.
• The use of mechanical handling equipment.
• To be helpful and supportive and use your own initiative.
• To be a team player.
