The role:

Make the platform something healthcare professionals choose to log in to, again and again The platform is where UK healthcare professionals find approved, trustworthy medicines information. Huge numbers use it, but most do so anonymously. Our highest priority is to turn that audience into a verified, logged-in and engaged one. That growth is the foundation for everything else we build.

You will own the growth of recurring, logged-in HCP users. Marketing owns acquisition and conversion. You own what happens next: activation, retention and engagement, turning a registration into a regular habit. You will be the single owner of that outcome. You will have dedicated engineers and partner with our data science team, and you will direct shared design, research and product marketing capabilities, working hand in hand with Marketing.

What you'll own in your first 12 to 18 months:

• Grow recurring monthly logged-in HCPs against staged targets, starting with pharmacists and expanding to other professions.
• Fix the front door. Redesign registration, authentication and single sign-on to remove first-login friction.
• Know the users. Build robust HCP personas with data and research, and use them to focus the product on real clinical jobs to be done.
• Define the value exchange. Agree the principles for what earns a login, then build the content and features that turn registrations into regular use.
• Run a high-tempo experimentation programme across onboarding, lifecycle and core product, and share what you learn.
• Commit to outcomes. Set and hit targets for activation, retention and recurring logins, and report progress plainly every week.

What you'll bring:

We hire for four traits: curiosity, storytelling, inclination to action and commercial mindset. For this role, you will also bring:

Essential:

• Senior growth product management experience in eCommerce, consumer subscription, marketplace or another B2C product with a large audience.
• A record of owning activation, retention or engagement metrics and moving them measurably.
• Experience running a structured experimentation programme, with sound test design and the judgement to know when a test is the wrong tool.
• Strong analytics fluency: funnels, cohorts and retention curves, with the ability to self-serve your own analysis and partner with data scientists for depth.
• Experience with lifecycle and engagement mechanics, such as notifications, email and personalisation, in partnership with marketing

Valuable:

• Experience with professional or B2B2C audiences, or with models where users and paying customers differ.
• Experience with single sign-on and identity federation.
• Experience in healthcare, the NHS or with clinical audiences.
• Experience growing content-led products
