Senior Project Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in Milford Haven for a leading Tier 1 main contractor.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing and delivering complex & technical construction projects over the value of £80m against a broad range of programme and project management functional competences. You will be responsible for delivering design and construction projects to agreed time, cost, quality and performance parameters, operating within NEC contract frameworks and ensuring compliance with NEC processes, obligations and commercial requirements. Proactive Contract Management to maintain a productive working relationship with industry partners and suppliers, monitoring their performance in terms of quality, time, cost and reliability. A demonstrable experience in successfully managing the delivery of high value, high profile construction projects.

Essential Requirements - 
• CSCS card
• SMSTS
• Proven experience managing projects of this size
• Strong H&S management and site coordination skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme delivery
• Contractor & Supply Chain Management
• Professional & Technical Excellence.

Desirable - 
• EL1 Security Clearance
• BPSS
• Experience working within secure or high-compliance environments

Responsibilities - 
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Drive quality standards and project performance
