Senior Project Manager - Buildings

You will be responsible for:
- Leading the safe, timely and commercially successful delivery of the buildings package
- Managing design development, construction, commissioning and handover
- Coordinating interfaces across civils, structures, building services, rail systems and operational teams
- Managing programme, cost, risk, change and package performance
- Leading contractors, consultants and internal project teams
- Maintaining strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders
- Driving quality, buildability and technical assurance throughout delivery
- Identifying issues early and implementing practical solutions
About you
- Be educated to degree standard in a construction related subject
- You will have a strong track record of delivering major building packages, preferably gained in complex Infrastructure, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors
- Be comfortable operating within a large project team, managing competing priorities and taking full accountability for delivery

On offer is a salary of 90,000 - 100,000 per annum, a car allowance, paid travel, private medical insurance, pension, share saver scheme etc
This is an opportunity to lead a high-profile package, influence how the project is delivered and leave a lasting mark on one of the UK’s most important infrastructure schemes. Please apply via email or phone in confidence today!
