Senior Project Manager

Conrad Consulting is working with a leading property and construction consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team, delivering prestigious luxury hotel and high-end office fit out projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Project Manager who enjoys working on complex, design-led projects and wants to be part of a high-performing consultancy.

You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of major fit out projects, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and wider project teams.

You’ll be involved in:

• Leading projects from inception through to completion
• Managing programme, budget, risk and quality
• Coordinating design and construction teams
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships
• Procurement and contractor management
• Monitoring project performance and reporting
• Delivering high-quality luxury hotel and office fit out schemes

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering high-end fit out, hotel, hospitality, commercial or office projects.

You’ll be commercially aware, client-focused and confident managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
