Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major cut and carve commercial development in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, commercial performance, and safe delivery of the project. You will provide leadership across all project functions, ensuring works are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include developing and managing procurement strategies in conjunction with the commercial team, leading the subcontractor procurement process, and ensuring packages are awarded in line with project requirements and programme milestones.

You will maintain a thorough understanding of contract requirements and project obligations, undertake regular commercial reviews, contribute to the Cost Value Reconciliation process, identify commercial opportunities and potential contractual claims, and work closely with project stakeholders to maximise project performance.

The role will require close collaboration with pre-construction teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to develop and implement effective construction methodologies, logistics plans, and project programmes suitable for a complex city-centre cut and carve environment.

You will oversee all project administration, manage information release schedules, ensure design information is issued in line with programme requirements, and build strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Health, safety, and quality leadership will be fundamental to the role. You will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies, lead project safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractor activities, and ensure quality standards are clearly understood and consistently achieved across the project team and supply chain.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a degree in a construction-related discipline and possess a proven track record as a Senior Project Manager with a main contractor delivering complex construction projects.

Previous experience delivering major cut and carve, structural refurbishment, commercial, or city-centre projects is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent leadership and communication skills, experience managing procurement processes, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams through technically challenging programmes.
