Major £170m + RC Frame Development | Long-Term Project | January 2027 Start

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading UK contractor on a major  residential development, offering exceptional project longevity and the opportunity to be involved from the early stages of a landmark scheme.

The development will be delivered across multiple phases and  ranging from 10 to 32 storeys.

The project is currently progressing through the Gateway process, with enabling works already underway. The initial construction programme is expected to run for a minimum of four years, while the wider development could continue for up to 16 years across its various phases.

The Contractor

The client is an established contractor specialising in the delivery of major Build to Rent and student accommodation developments across the UK.

They are in an extremely strong financial position, with a healthy pipeline of secured and upcoming projects, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term career stability and progression.

The Role

You will join the project team during the early stages of the development and play a key role in delivering the scheme through its various construction phases.

Responsibilities will include managing subcontractors and site teams, coordinating works against programme, maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality, monitoring progress, resolving site issues and working closely with the wider project and commercial teams.

The Candidate

Ideally, you will have experience delivering large-scale RC frame residential, Build to Rent, student accommodation or high-rise developments.

Experience working on major multi-storey schemes would be particularly beneficial, along with a strong understanding of programme, quality, health & safety and subcontractor management.
